This course is designed to provide a foundational understanding of the ministry of the Spirit as taught in the Bible. It will explore how a born-again Christian is called to depend on, walk in step with, and live by the Spirit in every aspect of their Christian life, in alignment with the will of God. While this lesson is not intended to be an exhaustive study of the Spirit’s ministry or the various gifts bestowed through the Spirit, these topics will be referenced as they relate to the study. The primary focus will be on the imperative for all Christians to "live by the Spirit" (Galatians 5:16, 25), in contrast to living according to the "sinful nature" or "flesh." The course will address why this is significant for believers, the main challenges they face, and the Biblical path to victory.
