This course explores the fundamental role of the church within God’s cosmic plan. Far from being just a human gathering, the church is understood as God’s chosen people, the body of Christ, and the dwelling of the Holy Spirit. As a messianic community, it acts as a powerful demonstration and testimony to the coming kingdom of God. Our main goal in this course is to examine the biblical-theological basis of the church and help develop healthy church communities. To do this, we will explore biblical foundations alongside discussions on historical and contemporary perspectives. We will identify and analyze key traits of a healthy church and their practical applications. This course aims to equip participants to foster a healthy church community by developing a strong understanding of the church, particularly the UBF church ministry, as community builders.
